What makes our rigs speacial?
Our rigs are engineered as integrated turf performance systems, not standalone lighting units. By combining Philips GreenPower LED technology, intelligent control systems, and modular compatibility with ventilation and climate solutions, Procon rigs allow grounds teams to manage light, airflow, and turf conditions from a single mobile platform. The lightweight yet durable aluminum structure ensures easy maneuverability and long-term outdoor reliability, while sensor-based control enables precise, data-driven turf management. This integrated approach eliminates the need for multiple independent systems, reducing operational complexity and overall investment costs—without compromising pitch quality.
In stadium-scale grow lighting applications, system performance is not defined solely by installed power, but by usable photon output and distribution efficiency. High-efficacy LED grow lights enable significantly higher photosynthetic photon delivery per fixture, allowing lighting strategies to be optimized either by increasing light levels without upgrading electrical infrastructure or by achieving required PPFD targets with fewer luminaires. This shift fundamentally improves design flexibility, reduces fixture density, and lowers thermal and electrical load—key considerations when integrating supplemental lighting into complex stadium environments.
PROLIGHT PST 250
PROLIGHT PST 250 Lighting rigs are powered with PHILIPS GREENPOWER TOP LED TOPLIGHTING FORCE luminaries are designed to be a new generation lighting rig. Provides MULTI PURPOSED USAGE when compared with its competitors. While providing very large and uniform light distribution to the usage area, energy efficient Philips LED luminaries supports turf with turfspecial composed light spectrum.
PROLIGHT units are Designed MULTIFUNCTIONAL, suitable to use with FANPRO on it and/or with HPS luminaries simultaneously. This mean, while the turf supported with the energy emitted from LED luminaries, in case required, FanPro aeration fans can create a soft breeze on the pitch for providing sufficient air change.
PROLIGHT PST 125
PROLIGHT PST 125 is designed for targeted turf recovery and localized lighting applications in professional football stadiums. The compact rig is optimized for high-stress and shaded areas such as goalmouths, penalty zones, and damaged pitch sections where natural sunlight is insufficient.Powered by Philips GreenPower LED turf lighting technology, PST 125 delivers precise and uniform light distribution, supporting photosynthesis and healthy grass regeneration without affecting surrounding areas.
Its lightweight aluminum structure and mobile design allow fast positioning and flexible operation, making PST 125 an efficient solution for selective pitch treatment and intensive turf maintenance programs.
