Pitch Construction
End-to-End Pitch Delivery
Whether we are involved during the design phase or enter the stadium after the main building construction is completed, our work begins the moment the venue is handed over to us.
From that point onward, Procon delivers end-to-end pitch delivery, providing a fully engineered and operationally ready playing surface for professional teams.
Phase 1 — Technical Entry & Engineering Definition
Each project starts with a clear technical alignment.
We assess stadium geometry, pitch dimensions, sun and shade behavior, airflow conditions, and subgrade readiness to define the engineering baseline of the pitch.
This phase ensures the pitch is designed specifically for its stadium environment.
Phase 2 — Pitch Base & Infrastructure Construction
Using high-quality, field-proven materials, we construct the pitch base and substructure with precise grading and compaction.
Integrated drainage is installed to control water movement and ensure pitch stability under all weather conditions.

Phase 3 — In-House Engineered Systems Integration
Procon’s proprietary systems are fully integrated during construction:
-
Subsurface irrigation, designed and manufactured in-house, with square-meter-based water distribution control
-
Subsurface aeration, providing controlled airflow to the root zone, particularly critical in enclosed stadiums
These systems are engineered to work together as a single infrastructure.
Phase 4 — System Commissioning & Delivery
All systems are tested, calibrated, and aligned under real operating conditions.
The pitch is delivered fully commissioned and operationally ready, supporting long-term performance and efficient maintenance.
Engineered for Long-Term Performance
Procon’s pitch construction approach prioritizes integration, reliability, and data-driven execution.
Through end-to-end pitch delivery, we provide stadiums with a durable, future-ready playing surface—engineered to perform season after season.
